Some of the Answers I Answer in Job Interview

Q: Tell Me Something About Yourself
A: I'm an IT graduate _ years ago. I'm a fast-learner that whatever you instruct me to study I can easily learn. I have an experience in using HTML 5, Actionscript 2 & 3, a little background in javascript and others.

Q: Why Do You Think We Should Hire You?
A: Everyone is unique in their own way and I'm one of those. But what set me different from them is I'm a fast learner. I also have an initiative and self-study attitude. Meaning, I can learn things that the company requires me to without further (with minimal) assistance. Also, I can easily adapt to the environment I am currently in.

Q: What Are Your Weaknesses?
A: I'd like to learn more about tips and techniques in web development. In fact, I'm looking for seminars about it; to improve and enhance my skills. This is what I'd like to improve upon and this is how I'm going to do that.

Q: Why Did You Leave Your Last Employment?
A: As much as possible, I didn't want to leave my last employment, but an idea triggered me to take my programming skills to a higher level. And that's why I am here.

Q: Where Do You See Yourself in 5 Years?
A: I'd like to be the best Software Developer in this company and influence others to do the same.

Some of the answers you read here can be modified to your needs. Since, I am looking for SEO Specialist position, I must change my above answers to conform with my desired position. I'm a programmer/developer who wants to take myself to SEO World.

Here are some of the questions I ask whenever the interviewer asks me if I have questions to them:

  • What is the day-to-day responsibilities of the position?
  • Are there opportunities for growth within the company?

Hope you like what I write here. Enjoy!
