Happy Father's Day, Dad!

Another year passed by and today we celebrate this special day for every dad. Before, I got confused about when would Father's Day be celebrated. My mom always mentions to us that Father's Day, Mother's Day and other Philippine holidays do not exist before but today, in our generation, is different. I'm not against with these celebrations but if you analyze it thoroughly and you have a businessman mindset, then you would consider it as another opportunity to make more money.

Filipinos are very family-oriented people and they love being with each other for a long time. There is nothing wrong with celebrating Father's Day. In fact, even if we don't have this event, still we are obliged and it's our responsibility as their son or daughter to honor the greatness of our parents. The fact that we are here living on the surface of earth is because of them. Our mom and dad is the reason why we are here. Besides, parenthood is where our final destination for most of us would be so the things we did and continually do to our parents are what we actually experience someday.

Squidoo Pays Me $30 For The Month of April

I have no plan to return in Squidoo and continue my writing. But after I checked my email last night, an unexpected thing surprised me. An email coming from Squidoo contained the following statement, "We paid you 30 dollars to your PayPal account for the month of April..." Something like that.

I immediately headed to Squidoo just to confirm if the blue box was already there. And it was really there! It boosts my engine to stand up my lenses there, improve it and let them multiply for my own benefit. We can't deny the continuous changes done by Google but since those are the exciting parts, we should accept them and go with the flow. Starting today, I love Squidoo as well as Google.

Kelan Nga Ba Ang Father's Day 2013?

Marami sating mga pinoy ang naguguluhan kung kailan ba talaga ginaganap ang araw ng mga tatay o papa. Maraming nagsasabing nitong nakaraang linggo lang, June 9. Subalit minabuti kong i-google search kung kelan nga ba. Naroroong nagpost pa ko sa Facebook status ko nang sa ganun ay mapadali ang pagsasaliksik ko.

Where Is My Business Card?

I'm sure some of you get puzzled upon reading the blog post title. I guess you're secretly saying why I am looking for my business or calling card despite I'm just an ordinary person. But I just want to tell you that if you're serious to be known, heard and seen by other people, you must consider having a business card.

Since, I'm already started the business side of myself, I should have my calling card with me at all times. No one can tell when opportunity will come to our way coz it's everywhere. Besides, having one will make you look professional and people will treat you with importance. If you want to perceive as an expert, try to act one on yourself.

Tomorrow Will Be My First Day Of Work

The feeling of working again starts to effect not only inside my mind but also to my whole body. I don't know how to attack it again as everything is new.

New sets of people that I must need to know and get along with, new environment and instill in my mind that I'm an employee again. I'll be starting to work again but this time in my chosen position, being SEO Specialist. I started to like this position since I've started my online job. I want to enhance and sharpen my raw skills in terms of its effectivity. Of course, I'm going to offer myself including my skill but at the same time, they will keep on educating me new tips and techniques when it comes to SEO. Also, it's clear to me that what's for me is for me and what's for them is only for them. I don't want to disclose any information or take advantage of other's property.

Do You Believe In Lucky Stuff?

I actually believe that there is no such thing as lucky or unlucky esp. when it comes to the things we wish for or events happened to us.

Let's make raffle an example. You have a claim stub with you and there are more or less 300 people in the room. Organizers start to shake the box where all the raffle stubs are placed and get one stub at a time. The chance of getting your stub is very small and it is called game of chances.
