How Can You Ask For A Bank Loan If You're An Employee?

Recently, a guy asked for a credit-to-cash loan from one of the banks in the Philippines. This particular bank offers a special investment plan which making your credit limit (if you have a credit card) into a real cash depending on your need (whether 100% or not). The guy successfully received the money, charged it to his credit card and agreed to pay the 12 months installment. Along the way, another business has appeared and he wanted to fund it but the problem is he doesn't have extra money on hand. Thus, he considered the personal loan of the same bank he approached before. But another problem arose again. The company he works for doesn't pay taxes for their employees. Since, ITR (Income Tax Return) is one of the requirements, he can not give it to the bank because of the reason mentioned above. Another option is to provide at least 3 recent payslips, however, the bank will see on the paper that there were no contributions occurred as it is transparent. In my opinion, if he desires to borrow money from the banks, he should look for a company to work for that complies with the rules implemented by the country he lives in. Or he may wait a little longer like 3 or 4 months and if something different happens like the company deducts taxes from their employees' salary, then the waiting is worthy. Also, by experiencing things like this will help us to stretch our mind to think deeper and find ways on how we can generate that amount of money we need.

That's it! I just write it because somewhere in my mind asks me what if this situation happens to us. We badly need the money, but the problem is the company doesn't settle their responsibilities. Instead we become happy from our work benefits, we are deprived of it and suffer the consequence despite the big salary. Don't worry about it, you can bypass this problem and will solve it in a matter of days. Just believe in your abilities that God entrusted to you. No matter how many money you've lost or wasted if you have the right thinking/mindset or skill, you can earn a lot of money. It's just an idea that presents in everyone. We just need to learn on how to tap it and enjoy the benefits it can offer.
