Polo or Shirt?

Is polo your typical taste or shirt? Are you obsessed in either of these two? Or a combination instead. What about polo shirt? If you find it attractive, then you must read it.

Polo is usually worn by people who work in a corporate company that has a strict implementation in clothes. It's a type of upper cloth which has collar and buttons. It comes in variety of colors and styles. Of course you wouldn't see someone wear this at home or in ordinary days. Wearing polo is best matched with slacks and leather shoes. It's not appropriate to pair it up with 'maong' pants and rubber shoes. Maybe, it's okay with 'maong' but not with rubber shoes. Anyway, polo can be worn even without 'sando' or white shirt underneath. It all depends on your style and taste. For me, I seldom wear polo... I do only when we have party and special occasions. But in my work (since they are not strict), I prefer shirt or polo-shirt. Why? Because I like so.

Shirt is another kind of cloth I really want to wear. Maybe because I get used to it besides the cool feeling you'll get from wearing it. Of course, I do not wear any shirt when I go to work (I'm a little bit choosy). Just plain shirts will do and other preferred colors. I don't like shirts printed with useless texts. Because it can only get the attention of others instead of noticing you in the first place. But maybe it depends... On the other hand, this one is best when match up with 'maong' pants and rubber shoes. It's absurd if paired up with slacks and leather shoes. Anyway, most of my upper clothes are polo-shirts. Shirts are secondary to it and polo is outnumbered by them.

There's no right cloth to wear. I'm just giving out my opinion about these two. What I am thinking when it comes to polo. What about in shirt.

Read Ebooks In Order To Succeed In Article Writing

I have many ebooks stored in my desktop, netbook and portable storage drive. Those ebooks are ranging from personal development; inspirational, motivational and financial books up to how to be successful in writing. I decided to keep them due to I want to improve myself and of course my writing skill (but in reality they are all stucked there for a long time).

But I will be honest to you that what I am going to discuss here is about improving our writing skill. I read so many tips about writing and yet I'm still struggling on how to be better. But I guess I'm a lot better than my previous self and it shows in all my written works (I’m a writer in other sites too if you don’t ask but I still prefer ExpertsColumn). Just don’t forget this line: Everyday is a learning process.

I continue browsing for writing techniques and tips online and download whenever there is a free report. I somewhat learned some of their secrets but still everything depends on how much effort we put in. If you just read and read without applying what you read, then everything is useless.

Anyway, let's answer this question: how many ebooks do we have to read in order to be successful in writing. Numbers do not matter as long as you faithfully read them and then doing what they did. Follow (your chosen) all successful masters who already earned and proved that continuous putting your time into the thing you really like will pay off someday. Don't doubt yourself and think that both of you are two different individuals. If they can, you can.

It's not about how many books you read, but the important is how you will apply those knowledge into action.

Pencil or Pen?

Were you born with pencil or pen on your hand? It's not literally you held it when your mother was giving birth to you. It's basically you have a passion in writing. Of course, drawing can be included as well. Learn what pencil and pen are worth to us. But how they can be useful to us?

Pencil is commonly used by students in elementary level (students from grade 1 to 3). Pencil is not just for children because artists who fond of drawing, use them a lot. They are good in sketching and visualizing what they think and draw them on their drawing pad. Besides, it's for those who want less or no mistakes at all, be it on their test exams or assignments. It's hard to use pen when you draw. And if you made mistakes, you need an extra helper to erase your mistakes. That's where liquid paper, touch n' go, magic touch (or whatever you called it - a white liquid corrector) comes in. You paint a white liquid on the area where your wrong words are and then after few seconds, you can write on it again. On the other hand, if you used pencil and made mistake, just use built-in eraser on top of it. Eraser is used to erase your handwritten mistakes. So use it often.

Pen is the updated version of pencil. I started using it when I was in grade 4. My teacher required us to use it (to make ourselves get used to it). It's difficult to use it in drawing but pencil is not good in signing a document as well. Pen comes in variety of colors: red, blue and the commonly used 'black'. Some artists are capable of using it on the spot. For best results, they use pencil first before pen. Writers as well as authors use pen in writing their novel, masterpiece and manuscript aside from computers. They have it together with notebook to write their ideas and thoughts instantly. You should have one if you plan to apply for new job or if it is your first time in real world. The employer will be impressed if they see you always prepared. I had a teacher before (in college) who required us to have a set of all colors of pen (red, blue and green) except for black. The reason is he didn't want his class to fall asleep while he is teaching. Since black is common and (according to him) can cause our eyes to gradually close. Anyway, pen as the Philippine National Hero quoted is mightier than sword. Do you agree?

I use both up to now. I use pencil whenever I have something to write on a piece of paper such as writing poems and composing songs. The reason is I don't want to throw away the used papers coz I can make use of it again. How? By rubbing the eraser on the area where wrong words are. Pen has many places in this world esp. in corporate companies. You won't find any single people presenting their documents that use pencil as their primary tool.

My Triond Articles

Are you a writer in Triond site? If you do, then we are on the same boat coz I write there too. Triond is a writing article site wherein you post your work and earn some money through pageviews.

In this article I wanna share not the actual link of my Triond account that lists all my published articles but my created blog which enumerate them along with short description.

Anyway, I will tell you something what led me to join Triond site. I was reading lenses (articles) in one of the best article writing platforms named Squidoo and stumbled in one of the posts there. I read that Triond site pays us a big amount of money by publishing our articles there and get more pageviews. I was amazed by how many writers and bloggers said and claimed that this site is real and trusted. In fact, they willingly showed their Triond earnings to us by making an article about it. I didn't think twice and quickly joined the site. In just one month, I created 14 articles in a row and I noticed that the claiming proofs and evidences before are just a past now. The potential of earning money in Triond seems downgrade because of the updates recently done by Google: the Google Panda and Google Penguin Updates. They had a great impact and affected the performance of the site due to (I guess) the quality of the posts/articles that Google thinks spammed and not passed to their standards.

So I advise all writers that if they benefit from the writing sites they prefer to write, they should publish a quality post not a spammy one because in the first place, they will be paid for it and also it will not lead the site into a dangerous zone just like what happened to Triond.

Anyway, I don't regret joining Triond because as a one month stay there, I learned a lot. Writers there are very knowledgeable and know a lot about SEO. They will teach you how to get more traffic, optimize your article and many more. So, I will never leave that site coz I treasure and cherish what I learned from it. My Technique In Writing

If you haven't asked how many online writing sites I am actively participating in, there are so many. But I only focus on three writing sites which are worthy and they are Squidoo, Sirgo and of course Expertscolumn.

This article basically shows you what my technique I use for these three sites is. Okay, I will never break my promise and I will tell it now.

Squidoo. I write in Squidoo my long and well-thought articles (or lenses). You can utilize all their tools in a form of module. Videos, images and even promoting stuff of others or affiliate marketing are possible when writing in Squidoo.

Sirgo. It is a new writing platform that started late of 2011. I write here if I have to present my clear and short ideas with people around the world. They too have their own set of tools for me to use such as videos, image and audio hosting and others.

Anyway, the above two sites pay you when your articles are getting more views and if the visitors click on the associated ads. I hope you get the idea and understand it clearly esp. when you are managing a site or blog with google adsense.

Expertscolumn. Expertscolumn is so simple and mainly focus on text content at all. They firmly believe that content is king. Anyway, I only write here my various ideas about life, experiences and so on. I am here because I want to improve my writing skill and also I enjoy reading works of others. Reading their articles will greatly increase my knowledge. When you say writing, we also need to replenish our mind through reading. That's how the process goes on.

As of now, I am allocating my time here in ExpertsColumn. I just want to benefit from the 2x earnings from my articles before the year ends (2012) aside from improving my writing skills.

My Christmas Blessings

What are your Christmas Blessings last December 25, 2011? Did you receive them already? Or are you still looking for them to come? Anyway, it doesn't matter if you get them or not, as long as you are alive and still breathing.

Everyone of us is looking for new things to have or acquire. It can be new dress, toys, gadgets and even foods to eat. But what if we can't receive them during or after Christmas day? Of course, we become sad and disappointed. And that's normal emotion and feeling of a child. But even adult like us can experience it sometime.

So in order for us to get what we want, all we need to do is find ways to earn money. Just like what we do in our all writing sites. We write useful and interesting articles to share with other people. By doing so, we earn money in return. But, gifts given to us by people we know are still different than what we purchase for ourselves. They have carried different happiness to us. Anyway, these show and prove that people have a never ending desire. They want to get things they do not have. But what is the true purpose of Christmas? And the term Blessings? For me, we should be happy and contented on what we already have. Because we will never be happy if our mindset is like that. Besides it's better to give than to receive if you have something to give. But remember that all excess in one thing is bad either. So, lets balance everything and that resolve the problem we face.

So, in summary, let’s be satisfied on what we have. If we have extra money that we save to get the things we like, then that is the right time to buy. It's not bad if we give a little happiness to ourselves sometime. Hope you enjoy reading this article and may you have a blessed Christmas.

Most Dirty Insect

Before anything else, I would like to say that I already wrote and shared a related column entitled “Three Dirty and Irritating Insects I Hate Most”. I forgot to mention that in some countries, they respect and give them an extraordinary importance. I should put that in mind while writing the said article since different types of people can see and read it (esp. here in ExpertsColumn).

Anyway, I am here again to discuss the most dirty insect for me. And that insect is no other than cockroach.

According to the hearsay, cockroach is the only insect that will remain and stay if ever the world would come to an end. I don't know where it came from but who knows. They’re still alive even if you cut their head off. I wonder why they can still move as if it was nothing to them.

Cockroach, the most dirty insect in my opinion, carries lots of germs on their body and if ever they got contact with your kitchen utensils, make sure you wash them thoroughly or before you use it.

The best way to prevent them from multiplying as well as crawling on our kitchen related stuff is to clean and ensure that everything is in proper place.

We don't want them to successfully transfer and infect us with their carried germs and viruses. Health is wealth and it’s useless even if you have lots of money, when you have an incurable disease, your money and riches can't do anything.

Again, it's only my opinion. I know others will say it's a fly, rat or whatever it is. The important is I shared with you my thoughts and impart you the value of health. Let's take care of our health and eradicate these cockroaches.

Making Their ATM Be Seen Online

Yesterday, me and my tita went to the nearest BPI Family Savingsbank to make our ATM (including my parents and siblings' atm) be seen online. Meaning, we can even see, transfer and check our savings over the internet.

The advantages of it are the following:

* Since we applied for BPI Savers account (there is no maintaining balance but there are fees when inquiring balance and withdrawing money at ATM machine), we can check our money ahead of time at the comfort of our home.

* If you have many savings accounts as well as investments, you can transfer your money from one account to another instantly.

* You can pay bills by just logging in online and do the transaction.

* Load up your cellphone with the money on your savings account within minutes.

* And above all, you may use your time wisely and efficiently.

I was glad that everything went well. Now, we can easily check and view our accounts online without ever going to the nearest ATM machine just to inquire our balance.

Anyway, learning where we can get the best of everything is great. Combining the power of an already existing thing with internet will benefit not just me but everyone. So study and use them wisely.

I Am Useless Without It...

Do you have a thing that when you don't have or you forget to bring or when lost, you can feel and say that you're useless? What I mean is you become unproductive without it.

Anyway, I too have that thing and that is my eyeglasses. Since, I am nearsightedness and I need glasses to correct it, I have to always wear it. I have been wearing it since first year high school.

I know you are thinking why I don't get contact lenses. Actually, I thought of it before but my mind seems holding me back. Maybe, someday I will try that. I also heard that there is a new way to make your vision return to its normal (not exactly 20/20 but there is a way). Of course, it entails a large amount of money. I am afraid for the procedure because they use laser.

Anyway, I just share the thing that makes me useless when I don't have. Eyeglasses is my life. It became a part of my life as well. Though I regret for abusing my eyes when I was a child, I'm still thankful for I have eyes to use in good things. I hope you enjoy reading this article.

How To Pick My Next Anime?

Whenever I take break from writing, I try to divert my attention into anime watching. I don't want to happen that I find myself being bored and have nothing to do.

I try to pick my next anime to watch that stored in my external harddrive. I browse what's in there and see if something will interest me.

Lately, while doing that routine, I accidentally found and stumbled one of the talk about anime of my brother and sister. I used to ignore them because I thought they were referring to other basketball anime I had in mind but I was wrong. Now, I am addicted to it and looking forward to its anime weekly. The name of that anime is Kuroko No Basket.

Anyway, there's nothing wrong in choosing your next anime to watch as long as it is good and allowed for general. I have some good anime to watch, so if you're interested just stick to this column and I will point you there.

By the way, if you're impatient and want to know what's next on your favorite anime, then read it first in manga. Manga is always ahead than anime. So I hope you enjoy reading this column.
